I had a great experience with Mt Si Automotive after a stressful breakdown yesterday. This was my first time using their services and was 5 stars +++ My car lost power while driving in Old Town Snoqualmie and had to be towed. Eric, the owner, happened to drive by at the time and stopped to check on me. He gave me and my daughter a ride to the shop and his team arranged the tow. He truly saved the day. They diagnosed the issue quickly and confirmed it was the alternator. They fixed it the same day. The service was expedited and the staff was on point. They kept me informed the whole time. The pricing was fair. No upselling and no surprises. My car runs perfectly now. I appreciate the honesty and care. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank You Eric and Teаm!

Erik is the best person in the state of Washington. If you get the pleasure, you need to hire him. An amazingly wonderful man!

My alternator went out an hour into a 6 hour road trip and these guys just worked me right in. Total delay, 1 hour fifteen minutes. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

As someone who likes to do some work on my own vehicles and hates going to the dealership, I’ve been looking for a trustworthy shop for a while. Eric has now worked on two of my cars, both a German car and a Honda. He has always done phenomenal jobs, communicating clearly and coming in priced way below the obscene amounts dealerships are charging these days, often with faster turnaround times too! As a bonus, I get to support a great guy running a small local business. Highly recommend!

My car broke down on Labor Day and they were able to get me in despite everything else being closed. I live in Seattle but would absolutely come back. Easy to talk to and work with, and trustworthy.
