Great experience and amazing customer service! I live in West Seattle and will come to Redmond Tire Pros again, it was that good. Not only were they open part of the day on July 4th but the kind service and “come right over and we will help you” response made my day. They got my truck right in, found the source of my low tire (a nail) and got it fixed and me back on my way. The wonderful woman at the front was absolutely amazing, answering a couple questions and just making the interaction smooth. No one wants a flat tire ever, but if you need great service I recommend! Thank you again!!
View on GoogleCame in to get my oil change + diagnosis due to my car sitting for a long period of time. Fabian at the front desk is very knowledgeable and really helped me understand everything about my car + the whole process. It did not feel like every other shop trying to upsell you for unnecessary fixes, Fabian made me feel like he was actually trying to help, not just my car but also my pockets ! Only reason I didn't give this service a 5 stars was because I wasn't given updates from the owner numerous times after being told a time frame and car was in the shop for a lot longer than I expected just sitting outside the bay. My negative terminal on the battery also wasn't fully screwed back in and while driving it came off which made me very nervous until I pulled over abruptly and checked that it needed to be tightened. 5/5 stars for Fabian, 3/5 stars for the shop itself.
