I live in the Spokane area, and my son’s 2010 RAV4 experienced a water pump failure after 186,000 miles. We needed to quickly find an excellent mechanic who could diagnose and resolve the issue remotely. Glen and his team at Alignment Plus were easy to work with, clearly explained the recommended repairs, and maintained great communication throughout the process. A mutual friend recommended Alignments Plus, and I was genuinely impressed with the service and responsiveness. Went to Alignment Plus this morning for wheel alignment because Discount Tire recommended this place. Price was ok . They charge me 150 $ however I left the place unsatisfied. Guys were humble and welcoming and interaction was good however I am not sure they know how to do wheel alignment on VWs. I have GTI and it was driving straight before alignment however after alignment it started drifting right. Went back and they tried to correct it but the result was the same. Still drifting right. Waste of time and money. Wouldn’t go back again and won’t recommend to anyone. Sorry guys but you got to do a better job or say we don’t work on VWs.

Complete scam! Discount tire sent me here saying these folks could remove a stuck wheel Lug. Just stopped by, owner was out and the guy in the shop said sure I can take a quick look else will have to schedule an appointment. Just pulled the car in, left it running, brought out a socket and Lug was out in 5 mins. Walked around and demanded $125! I told him that was too much and he should have informed me rather than casually pulling the car in and doing it. He then said he’s going to put the bad lug back in. In the end - he took out the good Lug and PUT THE BAD LUG back in now with a damaged head! I was planning to take my car here for alignment, but now NEVER and will not recommend anybody else go there…. And inform discount tire that they should not send anybody to this shop. Bad business practice. Customer gouging.

Quickest repair ever - took 30 minutes to complete with parts in stock and two service technicians to repair stripped lug nuts. Staff was a bit hard to find initially (busy), and I had to ask for my car’s lug nut key back (staff forgot to give it back), but it happens. No complaints. Owner was friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I was clearly told the repair would cost $480, but when I came to pick up my car, they suddenly charged me $550 without any explanation. On top of that, the staff were rude and unprofessional during the entire interaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
