Between Mike & Monty, I would not get my Porsche serviced anywhere else (and I have to travel 2+ hours each way to get there! ;-) Reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reasonable; all the best attributes. Trust your car to them, you'll be satisfied.

I have brought my Audis, Porsches and BMWs here for years and Monty and his crew have always done a great job. It’s a smaller shop with top notch workmanship. I prefer this type of shop because they can really focus on the cars when they get them and never try and sell you a service or something you don’t need. If Monty retires I’m not sure where I’m going to take my car for service and that scares me. It’s just really hard to find a shop that knows your car and its history. I have even tried to talk myself into the upsell of certain mods and they straight advise not to do them if they think it will lead to problems. That’s keeps me out of the shop for most things outside of scheduled maintenance. Very competitive labor and parts pricing that I never feel the need to question. Also a great place to take a car for a pre purchase inspection if you want a straight shooter.

I got my GT3 for a service there and I’m very happy! Erika at front desk was informative, responsive and professional. Nate did a great job on my car and was very professional. Also fair prices!

This review is long overdue — but it comes from the bottom of my heart. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the leadership and staff at Redmond European for their incredible kindness and professionalism. I sincerely apologize for writing this review late — but their help has stayed in my heart ever since. On June 27th this year, my car’s front shield was accidentally scraped off by a parking stopper at the Costco parking lot. Half of it was hanging down, half dragging on the ground. I drove to Redmond European for help, not knowing what to expect. To my surprise, the team immediately took action. They securely fixed the shield back in place and kindly referred me to a body shop for further repair. The entire process took about 20 minutes — and they refused to take any payment. What touched me even more was what happened later. When I returned to the shop in another car to thank them, the staff noticed that this car’s front shield was also loose. They once again helped me fix it — firmly and safely — and again, refused to accept any money. Having lived in the U.S. for 25 years, I know that it’s only fair to pay when someone provides you a service. But the generosity and genuine care shown by Redmond European completely opened my eyes. Their actions went far beyond ordinary customer service — they showed true kindness, integrity, and a deep sense of community. Thank you, Redmond European, for your exceptional help, your honesty, and your outstanding workmanship. I will never forget what you did for me, and I hope more people in our community know how trustworthy and generous you are. Highly recommended — not just for their excellent car repair skills, but for their heart.

I worked in the automotive industry for years and can only recommend Redmond European. Genuinely best automotive shop around. They have even talked me out of a few more pricey repairs that do not need to immediately be done. Not only do they understand that business is about honest work and repeat business, but they are also a pleasure to work with. Monty the owner, will out and say hi to me and let me know what is going on with my Audi every time I come in. Best way I can put it is this is my barbershop. I come here not only to get reliable and honest service on all of my vehicles but also to “talk shop” with Mike, Monty, the techs and other customers.
