The whole team at Otto/Lukes is great! Zach, Connor, and the rest of the crew are honest hardworking guys. They did their due diligence and searched for the issue that was causing problems. They updated me the whole way and sent photos and videos to educate me on the mechanical problems. Nothing was done without approval from me first. When we agreed on the work they were very clear and transparent on pricing. After I got my truck back it was running great. Going to come back for more work that they mentioned could wait. Honest people and super friendly !

Came in for an oil change on my Audi as a first time customer. They did an inspection too and brought me back in the shop while my car was still on the lift to show me a potential issue with the suspension and explain it for me. First time any shop ever did that for me, it's way better than just a video walk-around. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

I got a promo flyer in the mail from these guys and since I needed to get the oil changed,I figured I'd give them a call. Spoke to Mike who was a great help getting me scheduled for the next day. Brought the car in and they did a complimentary inspection along with the oil change. The inspection caught something else that needed to be addressed so I had them do that repair too. They did a great job and were very professional with the service. Would recommend giving them a try.
