For about five months, I was driving with broken windshield, he recently contacted a few different shops. Cye from Novus auto glass was the only one that really explained me why I must put the right glass and calibrated after installation. I paid my own pocket for the glass replacement, but I’m super happy with the service and everything with this shop. Ali from the office really helped me with scheduling same-day replacement debt all took less than an hour, including calibration, I have watched the entire process, if guys are super professional, Austin and Cye installed it Absolutely perfect. The price is more than fair, highly recommended

Been here a few times as apparently I am a rock magnet. Everyone here is fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Cye who went above and beyond the last time I went there. Insurance wouldn't cover OEM glass, and when the replacement glass messed up my heads up display, Cye helped me talk to the insurance company and eventually got them to approve OEM glass. Service is fast and work is flawless. Go here if you need repairs or replacements. You won't regret it.

It was actually through him that I learned OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass can often be a better choice than OEM. I’m glad I chose NOVUS Glass of Redmond for the repair. My car was returned in very neat and tidy condition, and Cye provided a detailed report of the driver-assist system calibration, which gave me great peace of mind.
