I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Michael's. The service was very professional as the team was able to identify the exact issue that needed a resolution and resolved the issue within 24 hours. They fixed exactly what needed to be fixed without any discussion of additional things not needed. I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism that was shown throughout. Furthermore, the final charges actually were less than the estimate given initially as they were able to acquire the parts for cheaper. When do you ever encounter this nowadays! I very much appreciate the great service.

If you need auto repair, this is it!! This is the best auto repair shop I have ever known. The administrative team as well as the mechanics are super thorough in the spirit of excellence as well as integrity when it comes to customer support, diagnosis as well as repairing vehicles. My car got issues got mis-diagnosed a few times by another local auto repair shop whereby they wanted to charge me 7,000 plus for a transmission. I followed my heart and took the car to Michael auto repair; only to find out the transmission was working great and only minor repair was needed. My car is NOW driving like it's BRAND NEW!! I came into Michael Auto Repair requesting an A/C refrigerant evacuation and recharge for my Tesla. The shop had available staff, an open bay, and the proper A/C service machine. However, as soon as I mentioned the vehicle was a Tesla, I was told they “don’t do Tesla.” At first, I was told they did not have the correct equipment or refrigerant type. I explained that the system uses R134a refrigerant, the same as many other vehicles. The explanation then changed to them not having the expertise. I pointed out that the high- and low-pressure service ports are easily accessible under the hood and that this was simply a standard evacuate-and-recharge procedure. Despite this, I was repeatedly told, “we don’t do Tesla,” without a clear or consistent explanation. I fully understand if a shop has a policy against servicing Teslas or EVs. However, I would have appreciated a professional and honest explanation rather than a dismissive response with changing reasons.

Good mechanic work and online portal but take their word with a grain of salt. I brought my car in for two inspections and was told the cost would be credited if I decided to continue with the recommended work. I did the work they suggested on the brakes and suspension and spent over $2500, but they refused to credit me for the couple hundred bucks in inspection costs on a technicality. This was not clearly communicated at the time of the initial phone call and I made the mistake of being trustful based on other reviews. This does not bode well if you want repeat customers. I appreciate the good work but I won't be back.

I actually work on my own vehicle most times but I know when I'm in over my head. After a few dealerships and autoshops I landed on Michaels auto repair. I would 100% use them again. They asked me proper technical questions about my broken AC system that other shops failed to diagnose correctly, and after I asked them to do a drum brake job to which they cleaned and replaced with excellent care. The lug nuts on the tire are torqued to proper spec. Price on quotes are much lower than dealerships and are fair for the work and will disclose to you the exact make and model of parts they are using. Will definitely use again.
