Kevin and the other technicians I have had the pleasure of interacting with are on another level when it comes to being professional, punctual and positive about anything when it comes to cars. They have gone above and beyond for my car. Big shout outs to Kevin the owner for being communicative and extremely detailed on every step he and his technicians take. Nothing is left to guesswork here, and it gives a great sense of confidence and relief compared to most shops. I can't imagine taking my car elsewhere this side of the state. Kevin was very generous and specific with his inspection findings and recommendations. He discussed options, pros and cons of various choices, and gave me his honest opinions about the risks/benefits of the options available. Not pushy at all, he wanted me to know and understand, the choices, and choose the best option for my circumstances. . Kevin impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable and competent, gave me detailed information about the steps he took to do my job with a very high level of perfectionism. Plus he had a free loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being serviced for several hours. That was a great help, and very uncommon in my experience. My work was completed on time, for exactly the amount quoted (which was very reasonable, I got 3 bids). Friendly and polite and very professional service. I am impressed. Brakes felt GREAT when I used them on the drive home. I highly recommend KD Automotive!
