I would highly recommend trusting Crash Champions to repair your vehicle. Tripp, the General Manager, was excellent to work with and kept me up to date on my vehicles progress. Diana at the front desk made drop off / pick up a breeze. The workmanship for body & paint work was top notch and matches perfectly.

This firm has repaired two of my cars and each time they did an outstanding job. Great service and super high quality work. Most recently I had a car towed into them and they assessed it and worked with insurance company. Even though car was totaled, the service I received from was outstanding. Tripp, the site General Manager was terrific. Will definitely use again.

Don't listen to insurance and steer clear of this place. We brought our Volvo in for minor bumper repair based on the insurance recommendation and had the worst experience. After drop, off they could not give us an estimate when the car would be ready for pickup. It took Chris several days to respond to a couple email check-ins on an ETA, and after a couple weeks he still didn't have a clue. After about a month, he Finally said it would be ready on Friday and then we called on Friday and they said it wasn't ready and the car had to sit over the weekend. Then we pick up the vehicle and drive home only to notice the back wing window was shattered - mostly likely while sitting there over the weekend. Chris said it was likely an attempted break in while parked in their lot. Later, Chris changed his story and said it must have happened after we picked up and somebody tried to break in, though I contacted them right after we noticed it about an hour after pickup - the car had never been parked and left after pickup. They clearly broke the window and won't admit it. Don't take your car here - they are dishonest and have the worst customer service. At least the bumper is okay, I think.

PART 2. Summary of my experience: 1. It is unclear what work was performed between Day 35 and Day 79, as progress appeared minimal for an extended period. 2. Final invoice depicts 80 hours of labor total. Total number of days the car was in the shop is 64. Considering 8 hours working day, total hours my car stayed in the shop is 500. Would like CC explains how these numbers work. 3. Communication was inconsistent and often required repeated follow-ups; involvement from my insurance company was necessary. 4. Commitments and timelines provided by staff were not met. 5. Promised updates were not delivered. 6. Completion estimates changed multiple times and could not be relied upon. 7. The shop agreed to cover additional rental car costs, suggesting acknowledgment of delays. 8. Staff agreed that the job is poorly done and has to be redone. 9. The fact that a newly installed part failed during the first wash raises concerns about the quality of the repair. Overall, the lack of communication, shifting timelines, prolonged repair process, and concerns about quality made this a very frustrating experience. Based on this, I would not recommend using this shop.

You know, I don't think I've written these guys a review yet. But let me say how much I love 'em. I've got four Porsches that I've taken here. Most recently, they replaced some major PITA window weatherstripping on my 924S and a couple other rotting rubber body gaskets, sunroof seal, etc. Several weeks ago, some similar weatherstripping and a rear bumper cover repair on my 968 after my neighbor backed into it. GREAT match on the color, too! Earlier this year, they installed the "whale tail" on my '85 911, corrected some old paintwork coloring issues that were discovered, and repaired a door mirror on my Cayman when I cheese-grated a large bird through a small hole, leaving exploded bird all along the side of the car. These guys have been consistently great to work with, have done great work, and the prices are pretty reasonable. I find myself seeking other body work for them to do. The 968 is next up (again) for side rocker panels and front bumper issues.... My only issue with them? They really need a "Queen City" branded credit card line. Y'know, 18 months 0% interest financing sorta stuff... now that would be nice.... ;-)
