View on GoogleExcellent customer service! I had previously bought a new car from Titus Will Ford Tacoma. Puyallup Subaru showed me true customer service. At Subaru, I bought a used Honda and I decided to get an add on, and they gave me a loaner car for overnight. I had to have work done at Ford for a couple of days and I was refused a loaner car. I was on my own to figure put how to get home and around for a couple of days. When Subaru advertised "stress free" service, they mean it. Excellent experience to buy my car at Subaru.

View on GoogleAlexa was pleasant and professional. I really like the video service overview. So often the complaint is that the dealer is ripping you off with unneeded service. Viewing the video I know that next time I’ll need a new engine filter and brake fluid so I can plan the expense. It’s a positive innovation. I think the 3% surcharge for credit card use is a PR negative perception problem for your dealership. First, you charge enough for your service, most people will think this is an extra money grab. Second, most people use a credit card because it is safer. Cash is difficult logistically expect for small amounts. Debit cards and checks expose your bank account to fraud loss. They don’t offer the same protection as paying by a credit card. You should be making it easy and safe for your customers to pay for their service. Whatever you are gaining in money with the credit card surcharge, you are losing far more in goodwill. I like your service specials. It makes me feel good that I can save some money. It’s fun to come to Subaru of Puyallup.
