I had a great experience bringing my Mercedes to Apex. The man at front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. As someone who doesn’t understand much car terminology, I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me the issues with my car so I could better understand what was going on. I have been taking my car to Apex for a while now and every time I am very happy with how they leave my car. Today I picked up my car, they did a full tuneup on my car. They gave me a brand new car it feels like. It’s driving really well and they were so nice to me. They fully explained everything they did to the car and were really thorough with all the checks. I will be going back. I’m glad that I found a good place to take my car.

Took my car in to have my spark plugs changed, they were really fast, I've taken my car into them in the past and I love the work that they do, and their prices are a lot better than where I was taking it. I'll continue taking my car there for my future needs. They even drove me home and picked me up when my car was done.

Brought vehicle in with back hatch actuator not working. After troubleshooting they tried to order the parts second hand for $300. There was a problem with the parts when they arrived so i was told of the problem. I ordered the part for $11 new. Called and was told the whole job amt would be $189. No problem reasonable price. Dropped vehicle off and later got the call it was done. Price is now $500. Counter person said restocking fees needed to be paid for parts (that came in incorrect, not my fault) and there had to do additional wire testing, which took maybe 10 seconds as there's only 1 wire clip and only whol electrical part in the system. While he did say he would knock off some of the price the whole issue was unfair. While I understand work need to be paid for don't appreciate being told one thing on the price and throwing bullshit at me on testing and restocking. Im a disabled veteran who served my country happily. Be honest. That's all I ask.
