I had a positive experience at this tire shop and was impressed by the helpful and professional service. The staff were knowledgeable, answered my questions clearly, and helped me find the right option for my vehicle. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the pricing was competitive. I also appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the attention given to customer satisfaction. Whether you need tires, alignments, or other wheel-related services, this is a dependable shop that I would recommend to others.

No matter where you are, if you need tires 🛞 and rims. You MUST go see Garland and his team!! The service was Amazing! I drove from Kirkland, and it was So So worth it! The options available are Crazy Nice, and the prices are Extraordinary! I’ve already told 4 people to go see them! Again, you should Run 🏃‍♂️ to see these guys if you, your family, your business, your car dealership, anyone you know needs rims and tires! They are the best, I’ll never go anywhere else!

I feel like I was taken advantage of and ripped off. I was working a market place deal with a guy, we were trading wheels and tires. Whole set for whole set. Simply had to swap them. I called pep boys before them and they were charging me 40$ but needed an appointment. Unfortunately the guy I was working the deal with was from out of state and couldn’t wait. This place quoted me 120$ and was nearest so I took it. I asked if they could match pep boys price or discount a bit and was told no. Before anything our main concern was to first see if the fronts would even work at all with each others cars. They were already wanting me to pay upfront before anything. We asked them to try the fronts first and they got started. Then a guy comes out saying his boss is watching the cameras and asking what the hell they’re doing and that I must pay half up front and half after. I payed the first 60$ and they’re 3% card fee and 6$ taxes. Then I observed their service sign that stated they charged 40$ for standard size swaps and 60$ for oversized. The wheels we had were 19/20 inch mustang wheels. I questioned him about it and he tried to give me some BS. The fronts didn’t fit and the deal fell through. I payed almost 70$ to test fit 2 wheels, no flexibility, no refund and I was charged for oversized tires, I feel like they took advantage of people in a hurry and overcharged me because they saw nice expensive cars. They even took pictures of them. I’ll never return. (I really wish I took a picture of the sign with prices) regardless, 70$ to test fit two wheels?! If you read other low reviews, it’s always something shady.

Don’t go here. They dont know what they do. I saw the small nail in the tire bring it to them and after 1h the guy work there come out and ask me to buy other tire from them because they already destroy my tire. Luckily my tire still have warranty from Les Schwab I got new tire from them. They destroy my tire but they don’t want to fix. If you don’t want to get problem don’t do or buy anything from them.
