I found a nail in my tire at work midday and after work quickly drove here, this place came highly recommended by a co-worker (her and her husband have been coming here for years). With no wait time, these guys got my tire off and patched in 10 minutes max!!! They were very fast and even nicer!!! I didn't have to pay anything, no stress and I will be coming back if I have any other issues. Y'all are amazing!! 💯

Best tire shop in whole city. I have come to Santis for many many years, and whether a blowout a flat or new set he always takes care of me and his prices for new tires are great too not just used ones. I see him help so many others everytime I’m in there too. I trust him and his guys with my family’s life and that’s why he is so good. Got new tires for my Tesla and they worked out great. Again. I bought 4 used tires and this is what they put on my car. 3 of the tires were over 8 years old as well as bald and cracked. Soon as I got home the front right tire went flat. So I went back the next day with the receipt to get them replaced with a set that is street legal. I spoke with the owners son I guess, who wanted to argue with me about how they don’t need to replace or refund for the used tires. Which I told him he shouldn’t even be selling them at all and sent me on the road with unsafe tires. I asked just to replace them and make it right. So he gets the guy that put on the tires, I went with him to pick out another used set, but they did not have any for my car. (Go Figure) They guy tells me if I buy used he will give me a discount. I agreed and got 4 new tires on. Was fast and didn’t have to wait. When it came time to pay, oh, the discount was the amount I had already paid for the garbage used tires I had brought back. So no discount but free repairs and such. On my way to Seattle for the night and guess what? Left tire is going flat… 4 new tires and they did not replace the valve stems. My fault for not asking just assumed that was part of the practice. Get a receipt and check the tires before and after they install them on your car.

Did you really repair my brand new Michelin tire with a plug in the center of my tire thats known to ruin tires and not use a patch and on top of that I forgot to look if you balance it. No you did not. Do we really have to ask you to balance it when you pull the weight of to repair it? Common sorry but you had your chance and you failed. Ill go where it will be done right.
