Excellent Service! I am impressed! I was under time constraints to get a remanufactured engine installed on my Jeep Rubicon. The owner answered and understood my situation. He & his spouse quickly gave me an estimate and scheduled me to get the engine replaced. They used a very reputable engine (Jasper). They completed it a day early and did outstanding work. This is the first time I’ve let a shop work on my jeep due to the time crunch and circumstances. They absolutely exceeded expectations. All small details were addressed. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail for reassembly. All of the little heat shields, tree clips, etc were all in their place. Everyone from the shop I came into contact with were very professional and friendly, they worked together as a well oiled machine. Their prices were more than fair. If I need future work done, I know I’ll be going directly to them. This is coming from someone who stopped going to repair shops more than 15 years ago due to several poor experiences. This place has renewed my faith that there are still some great shops out there.

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, communicated well, and did quality work on my Honda Accord. They were upfront, honest, and stood behind their work when an unexpected issue came up during the repair. It’s refreshing to find a shop that takes responsibility and keeps the customer informed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We have always had good experiences with this shop. Always fair pricing and great service however this week was the cherry on top. I was hit on 167 and they took off, needless to say I was a little shaken and the car was making a weird noise so I was afraid to drive it even though i was pretty close to the shop. Mark came to the rescue. He was there with the tow truck in about 10 minutes being his nice chipper self. Had a quote for the repair the next day. Sliver lining of a bad situation was Mark!

River City Repair is the ONLY place id trust with my car! Quotes are honest. Staff is very kind. Mark is amazing! He looked at a vehicle for me before I bought it & I 100% trust his judgment. He is doing the work on the car I bought & always offers me a loaner while I wait for work to be done which I greatly appreciate! Having kids even one day without a vehicle is rough. The front desk gal is a sweetheart, very friendly & hardworking! I went to pick up my car tonight & Chris actually installed my carseat for me! I typically leave the kids at home with papa while I switch vehicles but tonight that wasnt an option! I was nervous about installing it myself but Chris was a PRO! He was so kind! I feel like everyone at this shop always goes the extra mile. I ❤️ River City Repair! Thank you for everything you guys have done for my family!
