I called Jolene late Thursday night and she got me in right away Friday morning. She was so kind and was able to get me moved into their schedule. The technicians & Jolene ended up staying late for my vehicle to make sure it was done and everything went smoothly. I am so thankful to find such a great shop and kind people. I have been to a few other shops in the area and was not treated the same. Their prices were very reasonable and fair. Will tell all my friends and family to come here.

Everyone seemed very happy to be at work. Whice made me feel very comfortable. I brought in a vehicle today to have a previous purchase inspection/diagnostic done. Unfortunately the news was bad but I appreciate the attention to detail and ensuring I did not buy into a money pit. The staff was superb from beginning to end. Meridian Family Auto has always gone above and beyond expectation! I was having regular maintenence done on my vehicle and they stayed extra late to make sure I was able to get my car back by end of the day on a Friday. They even offered to deliver my car to me. They are extremely honest and fair, I never have to worry that they are suggesting services that dont actually need to be done, just to make money. The staff is very knowledgeable and always take time to explain what they are doing. The whole staff is very friendly, and they are great about communicating with updates. I will always bring my car here and always highly recommend them to everyone! I cannot thank them enough for doing fabulous work!!!

honest mechanic - won't perform or charge for unnecessary work. I had an easy fix on my AC system that most mechanics would have created a bigger project out of. These guys only charged me for the coolant they added, and explained what they did in an easy to understand way. I've used them for a few other oil changes and small repairs - always a good experience with great communication.

The owner isn't an honest person. I had a 100k service performed years ago and she stated they only use OEM parts and fluids. She also offered a 10% discount for military. Upon receiving the vehicle after the service, I noticed she used aftermarket parts of lesser quality. My wife picked up the vehicle and considered it afterwards. Since we were moving a few days later I didn't make a big stink about it. She also only offered a 1% discount instead of the 10% she stated. Who needs a 1% discount? Mine as well charge me full price. They didn't perform the coolant flush properly as the vehicle made splashing noises for a few days. Beware of this shops bait and switch, and improper maintenance procedures. I should have paid a little more and took my vehicle to the dealership.
