I just purchased a vehicle from Legend Auto Sales in Puyallup and am very happy with my experience. Martin was the salesperson who quickly answered my inquiry after I saw an add online for a vehicle that interested me. Martin greeted me warmly upon my arrival without being overbearing or seemingly disingenuous. He represented himself as a knowledgable professional and he represented Legend Auto Sales very well. Automobile dealerships provide a necessary service and both Martin and Legend did not disappoint. So as much as I'm not a big fan of car shopping, my experience was very good and I do not hesitate to offer a 5-star review.

My husband and I went in to browse after seeing great reviews on google. Samuel greeted us right away and helped us with information on each car that we looked at. He was very easy to talk to answered all of our questions. We didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a car or be pushy on buying. He was very helpful and gave us information and was really trying to help us be informative on what we were looking for and options. Sam was very easy to talk to and we were very impressed with the car options that they have at this lot. My husband and I felt that no matter what car we decided to get, we were walking away with something very reliable. Sometimes looking at a used car lot can feel sketchy, but Sam assured us that what they carry is great quality. My husband and I are super excited about our new car, and we're also very appreciative of Sam. We genuinely felt that he wanted to help us find something we felt comfortable walking away with.

I came in to buy a car from these guys early March, we felt like our luck was running out because we had visited like 4 other used car dealerships in Puyallup and on the River Rd strip, on a whim I asked my mom if we could stop by to look at this Corolla as a last resort thinking I was going to walk out disappointed with this one too. I was greeted by Max instantaneously, he is and was friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to about any concerns, I expressed the only thing stopping me from buying this car was the dent in the rocker panel and the “wobble in the wheels” we got that figured out without price gouging me, he answered all of my questions, and 3 weeks later I have a beautiful car that I feel safe and happy in. He recently sold a car to my mom too, and that experience was just as good. We will be coming back here when we eventually need new cars but for right now the ones we purchased have a LOT of life left in them. These guys are patient, kind and deal with a lot of shenanigans. It has been my observation that many people have grown tired of high pressured automobile dealerships. This of course, opened the door for companies, such as Carmax. I purchased a 2024 Tesla model Y this week at legend auto sales in Puyallup and it was a very pleasant experience. It is important to me that others are aware of this. Most comments that get left on business listings are because of a negative experience. People who have positive experience rarely take the time to leave a comment. As a previous business owner myself I know just how important this is. Thank you, Sarah for helping me through the process of purchasing my new vehicle.
