View on GoogleIf you are heading to Larson for service, you really need to ask for Mallory D. I spent nearly a year dealing with a water leak in my Ram Rebel, which is a known issue, but I kept getting the same generic "you are out of warranty" and "you would have to pay to perform a diagnotic first" answer from every advisor I spoke with. I also spoke with Ram Cares, and they, too, said I was out of warranty. Mallory was the first person who actually took the time to investigate instead of just giving me a scripted response. We were not 100 percent sure if the leak was coming from the rear window or the 3rd brake light, but before she even had me bring the truck in, she did the heavy lifting. She noted that the rear window and 3rd brake light actually had almost a year's warranty remaining on them. She is so kind and stayed completely results-oriented as she researched the records, called her manager, and verified with Ram that I indeed had a full year of coverage left. Even when a small accident happened while the truck was in their care, Mallory handled it with total honesty. Her communication skills are excellent, and she kept me updated the whole time while making sure the truck was back to its normal state and completely fixed. After a year of hitting a dead end with everyone else, Mallory was the only one who cared enough to do the research and get this resolved. I am finally leak-free and so grateful for her help.
