My check engine light came on in my 2021 audi RS5 and they were able to get me in the next day. I had them do diagnostics as I just bought the car and ended up having to replace the evap canister for the purge solenoid. They were very thorough in the inspection, took pictures and didnt have a problem explaining anything when I had further questions. The evap canister had to be ordered from the dealership so they couldnt do it same day but even with being understaffed they were able to get my car in and out within 2 days. Great staff, I would highly recommend them! Fingers crossed Im not back anytime soon but would definitely bring my car back here if/when it needs services.

Since weather delayed my trip home to North Carolina, I used the delay to have Kassel fix some additional things on my Audi TT. The repairs were done professionally and affordably. Their diligence to the details made my 3200 mile road trip stress free! I can't recommend this shop highly enough!
