Spencer has been great to work with! He did a turbo install for me and car has been running great since. He also helped me diagnose and fix a couple problems I was having. He stands by his work and even sent me photos during the install to show how it was going. He is very knowledgeable and professional especially if you trying to get more performance. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

View on GoogleMy engine light came on and I immediately tried what I could. I went to three different spots to figure out the issue, and eventually Firestone confirmed it was a blown head gasket. Tbh I did not know what that meant, but after shopping around desperately for a mechanic, I received an inquiry from Spencer @journeymobilerepair. From then on, he made sure to answer all my questions, make himself available as an option and provide a competitive price for service (Bucky's wanted almost a full thousand more just for the gasket fix alone). I was worried about driving the car to his shop, so Spencer came to my location to check it out and make sure it would make it. From then on through parts provider mishaps, delivery ETAs and unforeseen underlying issues, Spencer just went ahead and replaced my whole engine for the original gasket quote from before! HUGE blessing. Communication was prompt and honest and there were no hidden fees or anything shady going on which is nice because I don't know much about cars - let alone costs. Payment was easy and when the car was ready to be picked up, he sent a text, I paid and was back on the road. I plan to schedule a couple other things soon with them and I definitely recommend Journey Mobile Repair to anyone with car troubles. 10/10! - Erica
View on GoogleCheck the work being performed. Kept vehicle for almost two weeks and mangled/bent a pressure line along with a crumbled up heat shield in order to complete the actual job being paid for by the shop to do. Lights started coming on dash that were never there before sounds from underneath the vehicle never heard before etc etc etc. I checked the work performed a couple of days after getting vehicle back home by going underneath the vehicle. Once I saw 👀 the damage no way was I letting that shop touch my vehicle ever again eos. I started to put some paperwork in his life but for what I paid and the vehicle is running again I let it go; but never again.
