It has taken me a couple of months to decide to write this review, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I spent several thousand dollars at this shop after being told my vehicle needed multiple repairs following a “safety inspection.” I specifically asked if any of the repairs could wait, and I was told these issues were important and should be addressed immediately to keep my vehicle in the best condition possible for its age. At first, I tried to accept the situation and move on, even though the experience already felt overwhelming and expensive. But after my car started leaking oil, I called the shop and requested the full safety inspection paperwork. I was then told the inspection was somehow never entered into the system. I was told that sometimes the technician performs the inspection and the advisor will explain the results without entering the paperwork into the system. I told them that was not a good idea. Not having the safety inspection bothers me and I wonder if the inspection was ever properly completed at all, especially considering how urgent they claimed the repairs were. I then requested any paperwork related to the work done on my vehicle. The only thing they sent me was an invoice I already had from the day I picked up the car. I decided to look up the price for parts if I bought them myself from O'Reilly's and I discovered that I was charged significantly more for every single part than those exact same parts cost from O'Reilly's. The markup totaled over $550 just for the parts alone, not including the labor or the tax! Then I reviewed the labor charges and realized I was billed for approximately 18 hours of labor. Realistically, there is no way my vehicle was actively worked on for 18 hours based on when the final approval was given to start the repairs. It appears I was charged flat rate labor times for each service rather than actual hours worked, which was never properly explained to me. I originally planned to bring my vehicle back so they could inspect the oil leak, but after everything I discovered, I honestly do not trust this shop anymore. I left feeling like I was getting a great deal and taking care of my vehicle properly, but the overall experience was absolutely not worth the several thousand dollars I spent.

We’ve been taking my car to Goods for the past couple of years and I cannot say enough about their good service. Very friendly, the work is consistent, I was kept informed and if I did call they were happy to answer my questions. I’ve had AC work, tranny leaks fixed and oil changes. No complaints!

I’m always very mindful and cautious when it comes to automotive shops because my family’s safety is my top priority. Their mechanics are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also friendly, fast, and genuinely educational. They take the time to explain what’s going on with the vehicle, what’s needed, and why—without pressure or confusion. I truly believe that an auto shop should feel like a trusted extension of your family, and that’s exactly what Goods Automotive has become for ours. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust to help maintain your vehicle with honesty, integrity, and care, I would recommend this shop without hesitation. This is our family’s automotive shop—and I wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

Super friendly employees that helped me, were very flexible with my schedule and very thorough in their service. Even printed out a multipage document with pictures of areas on my truck that might need to be addressed in the future. Not as fast as your drive thru spot but that’s for a reason. They don’t cut corners.

I took my car in to have it diagnosed because there was a message on it.Reading charging system service soon and from what i read it could have been a number of serious issues.But come to find out there was just a screw loose so these honest people did not charge me a dime !! they just tightened it up that to me says alot about this business 🙏 i definitely will be coming back to them and recommending them in the future not to mention their diagnosis fees were the cheapest in all the area
