My sales person, Nathanial and Steve from finance, worked well to get the price and terms that worked for me. I drove 3.5 hours to get there so I didn’t want to have to come back. I noticed a flaw in my windshield and contacted Nathanial, he referred me to my local GMC dealer and they are ordering a new one. Very relieved that it was super easy and I didn’t have to drive back. View on GoogleBoth Molly, McKenna and Lacey were excellent; Chevy was efficient and sufficient, timely, professional and thorough in addition to being open on weekends whereas our usual Chevy dealership is Monday- Friday which is inconvenient. Also, the female in charge of talking to customers about potentially trading in their vehicles for a new or used vehicle was just as personable; not pushy or arrogant. She was helpful and relatable. View on GoogleThe service advisor didn't seem to care about us, and never called me back when she said she would. With as big a problem as we had, potentially needing a new engine, you would think she would be more helpful because it could potentially bring in a lot of money. We towed our truck to another GMC dealer, and they are much more helpful.
View on GoogleFixed a couple of recall items that another dealer couldn't fit me into their schedule to fix. Work wasn't finished the same day, so they let me have a loaner to get to work with until it was done. All employees treated me very well.
