I stopped by on 1/12/26 to obtain a quote for a tune up. Alex, technician who also handles the front desk appears to have limited English got me in touch with Oleksander known as Oleks (pronounced as Alex). He is also a technician and may also possibly be the owner. That was the vibe I was receiving from our discussion. I explain what my visit was and he advised me there are different types of tune ups and what specifically I was looking to have done. I explained that I was able to obtain a quote from Honda service department and they also advised same thing. I listed the tune up details and what Honda quoted ($2,260). Oleks advised that inspection is free of charge. He would have Alex, technician do the inspection and provide his recommendation. Alex completed the inspection and advised what needed to be replaced and some replacement were not needed. He discovered there was an engine oil leak, transmission oil leak and the engine oil pan plug was stripped. Oleks had provided me with a quote range between $700-$1000. I returned back two days later on the evening of 1/14/26 to drop off vehicle which was parked safely inside the shop. The following day they replaced the engine gasket, replaced spark plugs, water pump, front crank seal, drive belt, oil pan plug and drive belt tensioner. I picked up my vehicle on 1/25/26. The sum of my bill came to $1021.80. I am truly satisfied with the work that technician, Alex has completed. It was a reasonable timeframe and price. Honest work. I will use them again for any issues, repairs or maintenance.

Alex is a talented guy. He changed my oil, the filter, and the engine mount really fast and for a good price, and he even polished a few scratches for me. Super nice!

I contacted this mechanic with a specific problem — the engine was seized. After the “repair”, the situation only got worse: the car started to overheat, boil, smoke comes out of the exhaust. I paid money, but the problem was not solved, and the condition of the car even worsened. The quality of work is very low, there is no responsibility for the result. I do not recommend this mechanic — you risk losing money and getting even more problems with the car. The mechanic's name is Danik, it's better not to deal with him, I don't recommend this car service.

Technician Alex changed the transmission oil. He offered to charge $100 per hour or $150 through the cashier. Saving money is in my best interest, of course. It turned out that he put the wrong oil in the transmission, and it started jerking even worse. However, I can’t hold him accountable for this because I don’t have a receipt. He also tried to push a bunch of unnecessary services on me. It’s a good thing I didn’t agree. The most I gave him was my phone number because he was very persistent in asking to be my friend. Apparently, he saw me as a potential girlfriend. It’s disgusting.
