First time going to this place. They do free 15 minute diagnostics which is great! My issue ended up needing a proper diagnostic, but they were very communicative about what was going on & the price was very fair. As a woman & someone who knows nothing about cars, I don’t normally understand whats going on with my car & the men/people at other shops tend to not explain, but everyone was so helpful and welcoming there. They elaborated on what each piece was and how it impacts my driving. They even took me into the garage to show me what they found. Definitely recommend stopping by!

After 14 years with a human who is mechanically certify and being the last vehicle on his list to fix , I had to turn to a shop …… this is the car I drive the kids around in and have to get to all the sports all the events all the jobs. The daily driver….. I was hesitant to go to anybody and chatted online for almost a year to the team then finally seeing their consistency and care they had for every single human they come in contact with no matter who they are …I’ve now seen first hand, they are incredible!!! They changed my oil and did a full cleaning inside my car…. That one I felt bad about….. sorry team and thank you soooo much!!!! Brought my car in (which was long overdue) to fix the AC. After inspection, they found quite a few things that were urgent safety issues. Staff was incredibly helpful in explaining both what was wrong and why it needed fixed. They made a list in order of importance for what needs fixed so I could best prioritize based on my budget. There was no pressure or pushing to fix more than I was able to afford. Based on my own comparison with other quotes, their prices were incredibly fair and quite a good deal for everything I got done. The business is woman owned and everyone seemed quite knowledgeable and if they weren’t, they were willing to check in with each other to make sure they were relaying accurate information. They replaced my tires, front breaks, valve gasket, did an alignment, and an oil change and had the car ready to be picked up incredibly quickly. They even noted the start of a leak that they were adamant they would keep an eye on as I come in for oil changes. Their inspection was texted to me with photos and videos of every single issue so I had access to it before agreeing to any services. Overall, I had a great experience and am incredibly grateful for the transparency and respect that was present across the board.

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment and was told I could be in and out within my time frame. I was warmly greeted and told them the issues I was experiencing with my Jeep. Amanda and the crew were able to provide real diagnostics and showed me the actual problems with my vehicle. They helped me make the best decisions at the time to safely repair my vehicle to proper safety conditions/standards in order to be safe on the road! With Amanda and the most helpful and important guidance by the mechanics, I am confident this shop will serve any automotive needs and provide superb customer service. Amanda’s Essential! Loved the experience and courteous hospitality I felt right off the bat from Amanda and her staff at Easy Street Auto Repair right on the SouthHill of Puyallup! From the snacks in the lobby, Uber service offered, friendly people, and Amanda making me as a new customer feel like this is where my car belonged for the special service it needed. Walked out of the door knowing I would be back for this amazing good service and to a great friendly woman owned minority business I am happy I could support.
