I cannot stand walking into business and nobody greets you. Just blaintly ignore you because there conversation about drama are more important. It's annoying to stand around waiting for help because no one is acknowledging you. Then when he finally do get acknowledged and you ask for help they give you some kind of excuse as to why they did not acknowledge you or help you in the first place. Businesses are just starting to not care and not care and not care and not care. I've been coming in here for weeks months on end seeing the same employee faces. And just getting acknowledged like I am trash blowing in the parking lot.

I am disabled I called and spoke to Thomas and let him know that I was disabled because when I asked him to price a feral fitting for me he told me I could just come on in I told him I just wanted to leave my phone number and have him get back to me when you get a chance whether it be tonight prior to closing or the next day but he proceeded to let me know that he had customers and then I would have to come in to price and find out if he had stock on this barrel fitting the nice guy Thomas's I hope he gets the same service when he reaches a point in life where mobility is an issue

Nice selection of odds and ends. Not really a full fledged hardware store. A fair assortment of SAE and metric nuts/bolts. With Rosauers adjoining this shop, makes it convenient for that important 6pack of beer when all goes wrong on your project. Good time to address all the upcoming "summer" problems (June. 2024).
