I took my care in for a collision repair estimate. They looked over the car, explained the extent of the damage (which turned out to be minimal) and even gave a brief explanation of how I could do the repairs myself. They also gave me an estimate on full repairs. I was able to do the repairs myself and saved hundreds. Great service and honest.

Well it would have been nice to have been told that they had a hard time with the tire and while using a tool they made 3,2cm deep marks on it , Instead of saying nothing and then blatantly saying o well we're not going to do anything about it. That's a horrible business move . completely opposite of how it should be handled, companies need to hold to their terms and policies as well being in a small rule area , one would think they would be more careful and honest of there mistakes and own up to it and fix it .. never will we use them again . I would give them 0 Stars but you have to.

View on GoogleI took my utility trailer in get the wheel bearings looked at before I went on trip with it. They gave me an estimate before I left the office. Received a call the next day letting me know my trailer was ready for pickup. My bill was significantly lower because everything looked good, he said there was no reason to re-pack the bearings. I think he just charged me for half hour of labor at most. They could have charged me the amount of the estimate and I would have never known. I will be heading back for tires
View on GoogleSqueezed us in when another shop failed to do the job correctly. Speedy, great communication and service. Price was better than competition also. We plan on going back in the spring to have more work done. Highly recommend.
