Very clean, professional shop. I enjoyed talking with Owen and Tom and the service was excellent. Came in for a transmission fluid change and I felt comfortable with their assessment that the brake fluid change was needed as well. I'll definitely be back for all the other services I need for our CRV in the future. Very happy I found such a great shop near me and won't have to go to a dealership now for over-priced services.

They completed what turned out to be an expensive repair in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They provided a loaner car so my day to day schedule wasn't disrupted, which I really appreciated. Owner, was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely great to work with. It's clear he cares about both the quality of the work and the people he's helping. Highly recommended! This is the kind of shop you can trust with your car.

Without fail, SmartService takes care of you with care for your car, your experience, and your wallet. I have always felt like options are presented, detailed answers on hand, and work is well done and well priced. I continued to seek service here, driving from Puyallup each time, as I have been well taken care of here.
View on GoogleThese guys are super nice and thorough. We took our vehicles here several times as they are trustworthy and professional. However, I give only 3 stars because they are expensive. We replaced our alternator in one vehicle here and it cost $2000. At another mechanic in town it cost $400. Further, just getting the smartservice code tested to tell you what is wrong will set you back $400-$700. It is a thorough and professional report. Very helpful. But I imagine you could what you need from another mechanic in town for half that price. I say "I imagine" because I'm not 100% sure but back in PDX (where we lived last year) these reports were around $100
