I will always go to John for my windshield repairs and replacements. He will work with you on short notice appointments and get you in asap. You pull up and you’re out of there within 30 minutes. Him and his wife are awesome and the bathroom is so clean and pretty. The waiting area is so nice and smells amazing. The best thing about John is if he gives you a price that’s what it is! No hidden fees ever. I recommend highly
View on GoogleI had a very unsatisfying experience with this business including poor information regarding my wind storm damaged windshield-assuring me it would not leak while waiting for the glass to come from out of state and then stalling about doing the repair even though I paid upfront for it, then telling me it came, then blowing me off about waiting because of the weather conditions, his personal injury, then not returning my calls over and over and me having to play sleuth to only to discover that Seattle Volvo, formally Ravenna Volvo which he said he did specifically say he did specialty work for them-they did not. Three months later he finally came to do the job he complained that my car had mold, from the leak l guess he forgot the crap assurance that it wouldn't leak. My car was dry prior to the wind storm crack. I had to tell him what Ravenna Volvo said that I should file a police report for him finally to call me back and do the repair. He had been recommended to me by another recommended glass repair business who had been recommended by Safelite Repair whom Pemco has chosen as their go to who told me they no longer service my Volvo 240. John had the gall to tell me he should have charged me more and returned my car and parked in in my 4 car driveway large space where I could not get to without a struggle because I am handicapped but able to drive and as I said before. Then he complained about mold and mildew that now I have to contend with on a very fixed income. If you are a senior citizen like I am with a 40 year old car beware of this predatory business. Now I have to save up for a detail job and buy the bucket sized Damp Rid to contend with the situation until I can get it cleaned. There should be a minus star rating because one star is too high for John's Auto Glass.

What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by fixing a maladjusted door and resolving a leak issue—without charging anything extra. The team was helpful, thorough, and easy to work with. It’s nice to see a local business take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
