Not only did he efficiently replace my lowbeam headlights in less than an hour, but he also went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was in top condition. My car broke down at 4:30pm on the Friday of Memorial Day long weekend! I was referred to NW Auto Clinic and Christian got me in by 5:30! He not only replaced the alternator, but also figured out why it had failed. We went to get the part at the auto parts store 2 mins. away and he replaced and rewired the connector so that it would never happen again. He was so thorough and professional (he even cleaned my battery and had it charging the whole time he was working on the car!) I was on my way to work and my car started acting up. Christian was the closest mechanic to me so I gave him a shot. I am SO glad I did! He went above and beyond to get the necessary information needed to provide a solution for me. Christian was incredibly calm, knowledgeable and approachable. As a lady who knows very little about cars, I never felt belittled or pressured. Payment process was simple and efficient. He topped off my coolant and away I went in less than an hour. NW Auto Clinic is a great little shop in Mill Creek -- convenient to South Snohomish County and beyond. We had one of those pesky long-term problems. Our Honda Accord (affects 2003 through 2008 models) had dangerously cloudy headlamp gels. The design is such that the entire headlamp assembly must be replaced to fix the problem. The dealer will do it for big bucks (check it out). I bought the parts online and contacted NW Auto Clinic. They were flexible with they're scheduling, and great at communicating. The work was done promptly and professionally. We're very pleased with the results and happy to be driving with safe lighting again at much less than the cost of dealer-installed.

Googled "auto repair Mill Creek" and NW Auto Clinic was one of the top results. Gave em a call and had an appointment for my vehicle within a day. You might be thrown off by it being run out of his garage, but please don't let it fool you, Christian is nothing but professional. He had everything needed to diagnose and fix your vehicle, and he'll do it cheaper and just as high quality as any other place. He works fast, and it's incredibly transparent with cost and what work he needs to do. I'd give the business 6/5 stars of I could.
