DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE I took my vehicle to Firestone hoping for a simple tire mounting and alignment, and I regret it completely. Here’s why: I called on a Sunday morning to schedule an appointment, and they told me to just drop my car off. They assured me it would be ready by the next morning, which was already cutting it close, but I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to pickup time: my car was a few hours late, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it was the least of my problems. When I went to collect my vehicle, I noticed immediately that the driver’s side door was pressing up against the fender, making it nearly impossible to open properly. I asked the manager and the technician about it, and they claimed it was caused by "rubbing." However, the passenger side door was perfectly fine—no issues whatsoever. They refused to take responsibility or offer a solution, just kept repeating it wasn’t their fault. It was frustrating, to say the least. But wait, it gets worse. As I’m about to leave, I notice two of my center hubcaps are gone. I had to run back inside and follow up, and they found one. But when I asked for reimbursement for the missing one, both the tech and the manager claimed it was already missing when I dropped the car off. I KNEW that wasn’t true, but they deflected and dismissed my concerns instead of trying to resolve the issue. I regret not checking the vehicle before I paid, as I would have caught these issues right away. Instead, I’m stuck dealing with the damage and missing parts. I will say that they did put my old tires in plastic bags in the trunk, which was a small positive. But after everything else, that barely makes up for the terrible experience I had. At the end of the day, I just wanted my car back in the condition I left it in—except now, I’m stuck dealing with a damaged door and missing parts. I deeply regret trusting Firestone with my vehicle, and I will NEVER go back. If you value your car and your time, steer clear of this place

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this location multiple chances, I’m done. I own 9 vehicles, and all of them used to come here because I purchased lifetime alignments, tire rotations, and other services. Not anymore. Yesterday I called ahead and was told to drop my vehicle off at 12:00 PM today(05/20/26) because they were busy. I was told the work would take about 1–1.5 hours. Since most of the work was already covered under my plans, I even brought the staff pizzas and drinks as a thank-you gesture. At 2:30 PM I called to check the status and was told they were backed up but would start working on my vehicle shortly. At 4:00 PM I called again and was told the technician had just pulled the vehicle in and it would be another 1.5 hours. At 6:00 PM I arrived to pick up the vehicle and found it sitting in the exact same parking spot where I had left it earlier. The front desk told me the tire rotation had already been completed and they were about to start the alignment. I checked the tires myself, and it was obvious the rotation had never been done. My rear tires are almost new while the front tires are heavily worn — anyone could clearly see they were untouched. After I mentioned it, the technician finally took the vehicle in. About 10 minutes later he brought it back out and claimed everything was complete. Again, the tires had still not been rotated, and now the alignment was also incorrect — the steering wheel was crooked and the vehicle pulled to the right immediately while driving. To make things worse, I got into the vehicle and noticed the hood had been left open. Mistakes happen. Bad days happen. I understand that completely, which is why I gave this location several chances before writing this review. But five chances is more than enough. Also concerning: while I was waiting, I watched a white Toyota Highlander being driven outside with the wheel alignment tool still attached to the passenger-side wheel. The owner may want to inspect their rim and wheel well for damage. Sorry Jack, but serious changes need to be made at this location.

About a month ago, I ran into a road divider and got a bump on the side of a front left tire, was about to pick up my wife who is being discharged from the hospital the next day. This store is the only one available during Sunday, and I couldn’t try my luck driving to Walmart Marysville. They were very kind and generously understood my urgency, finished replacing new set of tires in the morning and I was able to get my wife before noon, that was a heroic action as I can’t imagine what else I could do.

I tried to put in a good word with Jack's manager, but it turns out Jacl IS the manager. Thw wife and I bought an old Subaru, and the estimate from Mill Creek Firestone on 164th was almost THREE GRAND!. Jack helped us work out A plan to keep our car safe and on the road, prioritizing the necessary work. Once we get a second car, and are in need of service or tires, we will be back!

Very disappointing experience with Firestone for a tire installation and wheel alignment I scheduled my appointment through Carvana well in advance and was told the process would take approximately 1–3 hours. I planned my entire day around that expectation, only to wait 6 hours and later find out that my car had not even moved from the exact spot where I originally parked it. I understand shops can get busy, and I tried to be understanding. I was then told the car would be ready first thing the next morning. However, after calling 4 hours after opening, I found out the car still had not moved from the same place. At that point, it became very frustrating. What disappointed me most wasn’t even the delay it was the lack of communication and unrealistic expectations. If there was a backlog, I would have appreciated honest timing from the beginning instead of wasting an entire day waiting. Very unprofessional experience.
