What a great sport, called him on a Saturday told him I have a small leak, he guided me with a quick diagnostic to check what was happening with a small leak, luckily it was just an oil filter loose, Tim was very attentive answered all my questions via phone awesome! Tim went above and beyond to assist my father who was traveling through and broke down needing a radiator. While he broke down the road in Sprague, WA, Tim waited at his new shop location in Spokane for the towed vehicle to arrive well into the evening and also waited for me to arrive to pick up my father as that the repair was going to require us to leave it overnight. My father had filled the truck with valuable tools which needed to be stored with me, rather than in the open truck bed overnight and Tim and his co-worker helped load my vehicle with the tools as well, which they didn't need to do. It was ready the following day which allowed my father to continue on his trip to Idaho without too much delay. It was a fair price and has shown no problems since worked on. Excellent customer service and obvious ethics. Thank you Tim!

Tim still has mobile business, but just opened up a new auto shop on 118 S. Ivory in Spokane. Talked with a guy at my dentist office about this great new mechanic he had just found who replaced his struts and had other issues with his car that other mechanics couldn’t diagnosis… told me that his struts were almost half the cost Les Schwab quoted him…. I had Tim replace my rear struts on my Subaru Outback the following day… total charge with labor $484….Tim is very knowledgeable and informative on maintenance issues and maintenance and ongoing care issues for my car. I have seen and dealt with many mechanics over my 65 years and Tim is one of the best… I highly recommend him….

Tim made my car issue go from a nightmare to a pleasant experience. I had a wheel bearing go out and was a little stressed. He diagnosed it immediately and got me fixed up in about an hour and a half. Very professional, and will be going back if needed and will be recommending others to call him first.

Tim is an actual mechanic that loves what he does. It’s not his hobby. Very happy I found him since there is not many mobile mechanics in the area. Came out to my place and resurrected my four-wheeler. Super efficient! Definitely recommending to anyone who needs a hand and doesn’t want to deal with long waits and overpriced services.
