Grateful to have a great shop like this in our little town. Not just for the convenience of being able to drop it off and walk home, but for the time and care they put into my vehicle as well as the communication. It was quite an extensive and costly fix but I truly appreciate them not cutting corners and trying to get my truck done as quickly as possible. Casey seems like a stand up dude, that I would trust with my vehicle in the future.

I stopped in needing just a quart of oil for my BMW, and the owner went out of his way to help—not only guiding me to the right kind, but even taking the time to add it for me. He was so kind and clearly more focused on helping an out of towner caught by surprise by her oil being low, than anything else. This was the first time this has ever happened to me and from the minute I walked in the door, I felt at ease and reassured. You don’t often come across that kind of genuine care and integrity in a business. I called Lake City when they first opened up and they were able to get me in, diagnose the problem, and get me back on the road in no time. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they educated me about the problem and found a low-cost solution instead of taking advantage of us and pushing a high-cost repair. I can't recommend them highly enough.
