Absolutely Love my daily Accord more! Thank you Universal Tires & Wheels. Ive purchased previous springs and tires with AV in the past and was always treated well and given prices that would even beat Costco and other shops in the past. He's always provided insights into what I can and shouldn't do when it come to my cars. even helping to get my Sons 90's Integra setup with better fitting fitment and tires. So when it came to my most recent V6 Accord, I knew i could count on Universal to help with the PERFECT setup, to keep it clean yet still stand out in a sportier way. From the choices in coil-overs, wheel style, size, and tires to match. Over the past few months, he was patient with me as i pieced things together with no rush or pressure. even suggesting lighter and cheaper wheels that would give me more of what i was wanting. and when it all came together......it was DOPE! AV always makes me love my ride more and more with every visit to his shop. It's my daily, and I cant wait to be in my car again, even when sitting in traffic. What even more impressive, are the smiles on all of the other customers faces whenever I'm there. Im alway checkin out the cars of others and what they are doing with their whips. lifted trucks, a color matched C8, and an old Ford Fairlane. And they all have the perfect wheels for each. Universal Tires & Wheels is more than a tire shop, it's simply a promoter of Tacoma's car culture.

Horrible job All wheels at this place come from china, not only do they come from China, the wheels actually costs are usually about 200 to 300 to 400 a set. Sometimes wheels are astonishingly 40$ each. It’s a good price but they don’t pass on the savings to you. I would recommend using Fitment Industries for ordering and have a real wheel shop put them on like Les Schuab or Discount Tires or Firestone if you wanna save money. Somewhere you can trust and you can actually understand what they are saying. Don’t trust these crooks. They bent all the pinch welds under my car They placed on used hub rings, which were used parts and forgot to put on half of the hub rings. My rear drivers side almost fell off last night. Luckily I double checked their work after I felt a vibration. One of the lugs was finger tight I was able to take it off with my fingers. The rear hub rings were no where to be found. There was only one decent hub ring, one used and bad condition hub ring and the rear tires had no hub rings to stabilize the new wheels. I am extremely disappointed and pissed off. They bent the crap out of all the punch welds under the car. Not only did they get bent out of shape, the paint has chipped off and is starting to rust. You guys suck. Now I have to fix this.

Fantastic customer service with a great price. $300 cheaper than other tire shops in the area. They got me in and out within 30 minutes, and the new tires feel great. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

As a single female it's sometimes uncomfortable to enter an unknown "guys" zone such as a tire shop all alone. Early that morning, I discovered two of my tires had been slashed. Extremely frustrated and stressed, I spent the entire day trying to locate a car jack to purchase within reason so I could take my tires off and put new ones on at a tire shop. I was literally on the verge of a mental breakdown. My last ditch effort turned out to be the BEST choice by far! Avi was legitimately concerned about the situation and offered a headache free and cost-effective solution that had not even crossed my mind, which easily saved me $200 off the bat😅 The two Gentlemen who actually did the work were very respectful and professional when communicating with me unlike 2 of the other tire shops I had visited before. Overall it was the best experience I have had dealing with an inconveniet and expensive car issue. I felt heard and seen by the Avi and his team. They patiently listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained each option I had. Ultimately they let me make my own choice on what rims and tires I wanted. A few of the other local shops treated me like I didn't know what I wanted or that I was making the wrong choice because "they" didn't like the way it would look. This business has a top-tier selection of rims and tires! The owner and his guys are exceptional in customer service and outright just friendly and helpful. Their knowledge on rims and tires is unmatched! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Universal Tire and Wheel on South Tacoma way just hooked me up. Needed tires immediately due to a failure but was limited on Funds (end of the month). They got me finance through Snap. Had me back rolling within again in under 30 minutes of my arrival. Called Snap and setup my 90 day no interest payment plan. Easy peasy. I had shopped around to the big tire guys and other small ones. All wanted an arm and a leg. Their prices were absolutely unbeatable. Best experience possible! I will be bringing my Charger in ASAP!
