Just a fyi so no one had to deal with a headache and has a difficult situation like i did - I had a very disappointing experience with Anaheim Tires in Lakewood. I brought my wheel in thursday night to be repaired and was told it would be ready friday morning. When I went to the shop Friday morning to pick it up around 12pm, the business was "closed". I called the phone numbers listed on the storefront about 10 times! then a person answered said they didn’t know anything about my situation and told me they were closed for the day. Later on, I went back and saw the shop open. When I was finally able to retrieve my wheel, I discovered it had a completely different tire on it and the original issue had not even been worked on.

They sold me a 14-year-old tire when legally you cannot have a tire on your car more than six years old. It had a cracks and holes in it. Which I didn’t know until six days later when I had to replace it because it kept going flat on me I had to have them patch it twice within the first two days I had it. Not only was it 14 years old had holes and cracks in it, but it was also the wrong size tire. They gave me a 25/16 when my car tire size is a 20/15 they told me they didn’t have a used tire for my car, but if I wanted to, I could pay the difference for a brand new tire that was their only suggestion to me . I travel an hour to work and for them to not only take the tire off twice to patch it and see the cracks and holes in it knowing I travel so far they are going to hurt somebody! if they haven’t hurt anybody before! Not a blink of the eye, from them knowing how far I travel, and how bad this tire was. I had to report them. I would NOT recommend this tire shop unless you have a Deathwish .

Great pricing and quick service! I originally wanted to patch the hole in my tire but he explained it was too damaged and replaced two front tires within ten minutes. Quick, friendly, and reasonable pricing. Definitely will be coming back in when I’m in a pinch!
