This will be my go to mechanic going forward. I took my daughter’s car in to get it serviced and safe for her to drive. We had an oil leak and break issues. He explained everything to me and my daughter in detail. I got everything fixed for a very fair price. It’s one of the only times I have left mechanic feeling like it was worth the price. All the staff we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. They returned calls and followed up. Overall great experience they will get all of my business going forward and I am happy to refer them to my friends and family!

Tvetens has been amazing the multiple times I have used them. As a female it is scary to get work done on a vehicle. My dad always fixed my car but since he passed, I have had to navigate the scary waters of care repair. Tvetens has always been very informative and budget friendly. I feel like tvetens has always been fair. An example, I recently called to get a quote to get my brakes replaced. They gave me a price. I had my son drop off the car at Tvetens early in the morning to get the brakes replaced. I got a call from Tvetens that morning asking if I also wanted several other things done as marked on the paper at drop off, because they remembered I called specifically for my brakes. I told them no just the brakes. Saying this...they could have completed all the work that was marked on the form that my son filled out upon drop off but instead they called me to confirm the work I actually wanted done. I so so appreciated that because I wouldn't have been able to pay for all the other work had it been completed. I will continue to take my car to Tventens. They are fair, honest and friendly. I have only been here for three truck services. All three times the experience has been very professional and pleasant. The oil change services have been very thorough with a report of how my truck is doing over all after the work has been done. The price seemed very fair and I will be having any work or maintenance done here in the future for as long as they hold this standard of service. Also, Janie at the front desk has always been very welcoming and helpful with every appointment..
