I paid for two oil changes. Once they kept my car overnight. The other time for 5 hours. Car started acting up so I took it to another mechanic. They hadn't changed the oil in months. They showed me the almost empty oil that was black goo of what was left. I told the new mechanic I took care of my car and they laughed. Horrible!!!!!!

Rays Auto is the best mechanics shop in the South Sound! Being in the auto industry myself, I've had the opportunity to have vehicles worked on with many different shops in the area. Rays is the only shop I will take my personal vehicles to! They are an honest crew who will fix the vehicle right (without breaking the bank). Their Customer service is great & I'll continue to do business with them as long as I live in Washington!!
