I didn't have an appointment and was happily accommodated on a Saturday without any issues. The next business day, Melissa kindly reached out via text to check on my experience and see if I had any questions. I was really pleased with her prompt follow-up in addressing my concerns. When I returned to the shop, they carefully checked everything to make sure my alternator was working perfectly. Melissa truly exemplifies excellent service.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly without overcharging me. Melissa is very friendly and understanding. I will definitely use them again!
View on GoogleThis was a roadside assistant from a breakdown on the freeway. My insurance company gave me Precision Tune's name. I made arrangements to have my car serviced by them as they were close. They were courteous and helpful. After a short time, they informed me that I had a blown motor. They checked on a used motor, but I didn't feel the car was worth the money. I went to bring the car home and they only charged me for a half hour of diagnoses. They were very helpful and honest. I apricate their help.
View on GoogleI broke down and ended up walking here for help. They sent a mechanic to my car and got it running. I drove back here and they gave me a more permanent fix at a reasonable price. Sorry I don’t usually leave feedback so not so flowery but would highly recommend this place!
View on GoogleWonderfully Kind and Accommodating!!! I had catastrophic engine failure on I-5 and was stranded hours away from my home in Portland, OR. On a whim I had my car towed to Precision Tune Auto and hoped for the best. They diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me quotes for repairs, sadly it was not worth proceeding with a repair on my old car. The experience of breaking down on the side of the highway and waiting for a tow for 4 hours with my dog in the car was pretty traumatic to say the least. The only redeeming aspect of this experience was finding a good local shop to help me sort out my situation. The folks at Precision Tune Auto were helpful and graciously looked after my car while I made arrangements for it to be towed away. Decent people - I recommend.
