I don’t know what the few bad reviews are talking about? Mercedes Auto has taken care of mine and my mother’s car for ages. They provide exemplary and knowledgeable service. Their waiting room is clean and they have never tried to pull a fast one when my mom or sister brought their cars in. When my mom was out with cancer and my dad with dementia, they always asked about them. They are matter of fact regarding repairs, but that’s what you want in a mechanic. As long as I own a Mercedes I’ll be coming here because I can trust that I will get an honest diagnosis and good work.

These guys are real pros with the older Benzes. CIS-E may stump other shops used to computer diagnostics, but these guys know their way around it. They're also happy to work with individuals who do some of their own wrenching on their cars, like me. Whenever I get stumped, I take my car (91 W126) here.

Excellent customer service! Bill was great to work with. Wonderful communication and straight forward. I have an older 450 SL and no one will work on them, this garage was highly recommended by the garage that used to work on all our older model cars previously. Very happy with the work done. This shop is the best. Bill is very reasonable, very nice to deal with and repair exactly what you ask them to repair, unless they find something wrong during their inspection. At that point, they call, and advise what the problem is and give true repair estimate. The parts prices were reasonable and so was their labor rate and the repair was done when they said it would be done. I have no problem recommending them and will continue to take my 20 year old car there whenever I need a repair. Thanks Bill!
