Haha first one here to review 5stars gentlemen. Fantastic place, wonderful prices for both used and new tires. The workers English is abit broken but he's an awesome guy and so is the boss. Definitely recommend if your tires are due and you want fast affordable service.

View on GoogleI decided to try LOLOs as they are very close by. Got a set of tires today, they didnt have the size I was wanting but were able to get them in about 20 minutes. That alone is why this rating isnt one star. Price was OK, nothing to write home about. But the glaring issues today was with their inability to properly balance the wheels and tires. First they didnt line the yellow mark on the tire with the valve stem. This alone isnt a make or break deal but its something to note as not doing this WILL make the tires harder to balance. Next, when they put the wheels on the balancer, they used hammer on weights meant for steel rims onto my very clearly expensive alloys. Again, not the END of the world. After the wieghts, they did not run the balancer again to make sure the wheel was now in balance with the mounted weight, not weights, as they did not put any weights on the outside of the rim, neither hammer-on nor stick-on weights. THEN they tried to mount the rear wheels without balancing them saying ~ "its on the rear so it doesnt matter." Yes it absoluetly does lol. So after telling them to balance the rear wheels, they did the same exact thing as they did with the fronts, hammer-on weights, not rechecking the balance, etc. THEN they bolted the wheels on by gunning the lug nuts on with their impact guns. Not a torque wrench in site. Diaboliocal for a tire shop to not torque wheels with a proper torque wrench. After everything was all said and done, I paid and left. Nearly immediately I can tell the wheels are so far out of balance its not even funny, but I expected that based on how I observed them "balance" wheels. I didnt even go back, I went to a different tire shop I typically go to and had them rebalance my wheels, in which they used stick-on weights on both inside and outside of the rims (and they used torque wrenches). In summary based on my experience today, I cannot recommend this shop. They are seemingly amateur at best and dont know how to properly mount and balance wheels. I understand everyone has to learn, but you do not learn/practice on the job on a customers vehicle.
