I had an excellent experience with CarStar from start to finish. When I came in to pick up my vehicle after the repairs were completed, the service was exceptional. After paying my deductible, Christian personally accompanied me to my vehicle and took the time to walk me through the work that had been done to repair the damages. The quality of the repair was outstanding! I honestly couldn’t even tell the vehicle had been damaged before. I’m very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the staff. Christian and his crew did an excellent job in kept me posted on all the repairs that were being done to my vehicle. Once I picked up my vehicle it look like brand new again. One of associates even took a little extra time wipe down a bit of dust that in the back window. Great customer service.

Bathroom in Lakewood is dirty and they had to drive my car to Pullyup and didn’t get reimbursement for gas since gas is expensive right now. I thought the shop was in Lakewood. Other than that, they did a good job repairing my dent for my car.
