I personally don’t think I have ever had a better experience at an automotive shop. Their tow truck driver Eddie saved me not once but TWICE! I got nothing but kind friendly service and they helped me right away. Told me what was wrong and didn’t try to upsell or force me into fixing more than what I asked for. I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs a tow or any work done on their vehicle and I will be back if i need any other assistance

So glad I brought my car here ! It all started when I thought I needed brake pads. I chose Grizzly Auto to do the work bc they were the most reasonably priced shop. But when the tech started he found that my pads were still in great condition and rather than doing the work anyways like other places would have, he let me know I didn’t need my brakes done. So when my alternator went out I went back and again they gave me the best price compared to other places. Even though they were super busy they were able to get my car in right away. And when it was a possibility of it not being done till the next day, I let him know I have medical issues and really needed my car that day, so he stayed late to finish. It was exceptional service!! They will always have my business! As a female I recommend this shop to everyone but especially to the ladies who are worried about shops that take advantage of women. You won’t have that problem here!

Best tow company ever. Amazing professionalism, quick service and super transparent. I had dealt with 2 other tow companies through my insurance that was a nightmare- when I got paired up with Grizzly Towing they took great care of me and got out to me ASAP. Anytime I need a tow they are who I will contact. Owner is also extremely helpful and patient. I believe Dillon is who helped me? He was also incredibly knowledgeable and had my car on the dolly in a snap of a finger. If you are worried about who to trust or if they will get there quickly- don’t even stress. These are the folks to call!!! Thank you again.
