We had our Subaru sitting in the backyard for over 5 years. My friend referred us to this shop after her Forester was serviced and I am glad she did. It has been 8 months since we brought the car to them to fix and I'm glad to report we have no issues, so far. The service was professional and I can tell they truly cared about giving us the best repair possible. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!!

Low quality of work, poor attention to detail. Head gaskets were replaced on this vehicle but it appears some gaskets were reused? RTV / gasket maker was smeared on the intake gaskets. Oil leaking everywhere after the head gasket replacement. Very loud knocking noise from engine after it was "repaired" and we found a screw was left loose and tumbling around the cam sprocket and metal debris all over the new timing belt. Do not go here. These people are crooks.

Well it sucks to be your first negative review. But you had it coming. I bought a motor from this company almost a year ago put it in and within a month had to take it out on my own time and drive again 2 hours to swap it for the one that's currently got failing piston rings. I can't go 1,500 miles without burning over 2quarts.. I'd stay away. I really hoped the second time around you wouldve made it right but didn't and now I wasted time material and over 1800.00$ On your product. So it's been a year and a half and I finally had a head gasket failure. So I go to Subaru and I get all the head bolts and two gaskets for the heads and then I came home and I pulled the heads off and the passenger side head has a multi-layer steel gasket that's just covered in gasket maker. You can tell somebody really went out of their way to try to seal this thing up. On the driver side however has the same gasket that Subaru sold me today and it's not a multi-layer steel gasket. The driver side actually looks untouched. Pretty shady that you would just do one side and then sell me a rebuilt motor for almost $2,000 I wish I could post photos here of our conversation on messenger where you blame the people that supposedly rebuild the engines for you to sell. After you told me that it was you and your team that rebuild them. Also Pasha is the last name of the owner and I see that most of your reviews are from eastern names... This is a scam company selling quick low quality repaired engines that will leave you stranded.

This is the only place I trust my Subarus with. In 2015 when I needed an engine rebuild, james and the team took care of my first subaru going above and beyond. When I traded in my Subaru for a newer model in 2021 I came back to bugeye for maintenance, repairs, and most recently a new wheel bearing. The service is always top notch and I really appreciate as someone who doesn’t know much about cars that they take the time to educate me, stay in communication throughout the service, and MOST IMPORTANTLY give extremely fair prices. I’ve since referred my family and friends here multiple times (yes we’re a subaru family) and will continue to do so!

I had a check engine light on my Forester and what looked like leaks under the car, so I brought it to this company to have it looked at in hopes of finding the problem. Uh, yeah, they found the problem, and I didn't have to wait long for an answer. Turns out that my "headgaskets" blew, among other issues, I'm not very mechanically inclined, so most of the problems flew right over my head 😅 After consulting with James, I was given many recommendations, one was to just replace the "headgaskets", or purchase a used low mileage engine (since mine has A LOT of miles). I decided to just replace the "headgaskets", purchase new seals, and replace any of the parts that were causing issues/going to cause problems soon. After dropping my car off at the appointed time, it took no more than 3 days to have it back to me in great condition! There were no more leaks, the car sounds better than it was before, and I no longer have that darn check engine light. I've been driving for weeks now and have not had any problems. Shoutout to James for the detailed consultation and advice on the best routes to go in regards of fixing my car, I appreciate that he listens to all of my problems first then provides a solution that fits within my capabilities.
