They were awesome! Figured out what was wrong with my electrical issues and got it fixed in a couple of hours. While I was there I watched them with other customers. They took care of them with amazing customer service. One guy showed up with what he thought was a water leak. They figured out it was just a missing hose clamp. Fixed him up pretty quick.He was an older gentleman a veteran they said thank you for your service and sent him on his way at no charge. It was a simple hose clamp. This is the second time I have brought my truck to them. Both times I was very happy with my service. But most of all the way they take care of anyone that comes in with the best customer service I have seen in a very long time when it comes to auto mechanics. They don’t try to up sale you and they are very honest. I have and will continue to recommend them.

I took my car to this shop to fix my exhaust. Shop attempted to fix it 5 times. The last time I took my car there, they reassured me they will get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it. They told me a tune-up was needed to fix it. I agreed to it. The tune-up was done but never fixed anything, and in fact it made it worse. Then they called me and told me my transmission is broken. One of the techs stated that if a "transmission wasn't serviced for a long time, we could easily ruin it." I believe they broke my transmission because it was fine before I took the car to them. The transmission broke at the shop. A nice Xmas gift for me. I asked them why they told me to do the tune-up if it wasn't going to fix my problem. They told me they didn't know what it was at first and now sounds like a transmission issue. They discounted the tune-up to $680 from the original price of around $1300. I believe they did it because they knew they were guilty. I later spoke with Bucky's Corp. Manager who stated that tune-up ($1300) was just a "starting point". I told him I would not have got it done if that wasn't going to fix my original problem. He stated that my car is old and "needed it" anyway. I asked him if that's their thing to do to just keep trying different things while draining my pockets. He had no adequate response. I stated that I should not have to pay for their misdiagnosis. He stated that they already took off the labor, and I'm just paying for the parts-$680. I should not have to pay for the parts that were not needed to fix the issue I brought the car for. Bucky's reasoning that the car is old and a tune-up is needed anyway does not matter. Many things might be needed, such as a paint job, new seats, car detail, etc, but I came there for a specific repair. The repair was not completed. I believe if the shop was not competent enough to diagnose a problem correctly, it is their responsibility and I should not pay for anything. STAY AWAY...

View on GoogleI came in around 10:30 am on a weekday for an oil change and was told it would be a 2 hour wait so I opted to come back later that aftertoon. When I went back around 1:30 pm, they took me right in and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Great job!! My go to place for oil changes.
