View on GoogleI just want to start with saying that the shop technicians are awesome and do great work. I never do post but the individual "Lee" is a rude individual. I been taking my vehicles here for over 5 years and I been whiling to pay more for the quality of work but that being said I don't to deal with rude customer service. I called to get your quote and again rude as hell and forgets how to treat customers and technicians in my opinion. So for the first I'm 5 years I'm taking my vehicle somewhere else. Warrens is great and they know they are but Lee needs to understand there's a lot of shops out. I have recommended at least over 20 people to go there. I'm going find a family owned place that understands how important there customers are....
View on GoogleI’ve looked for a mechanic for years after moving to the area, someone recommended Warren Secord and let me tell you, they will have my business for life. I recommend them to anyone looking for someone for vehicle service and repairs. Their pricing is fair, and they are upfront about everything they could potentially run into once they get started. Can’t see what you can’t see, until you can, in my case everything checked out. Not only were they able to complete the repairs I needed at a lower cost than what I’d been quoted by a dealer service center, they even kept the parts they pulled to show me exactly what was going on. That’s true transparency, and I really appreciate it. They were patient with my multiple calls with questions even after that started the work. The guys had me up and running in the three days they figured it would take. My vehicle is roadtrip ready thanks to everyone at Warren Secord, thank you!!

View on GoogleI took my old VW Jetta into Warren Secord Automotive in Kent, WA today. A bad smell was coming from under my car and the smell was getting into the cabin. I checked the fluids for low levels to see if there was a bad leak (cracked hose?) but they were all fine. My daughter-in-law recommended Warren Secord, so I took it there. Everyone was friendly and straightforward. They gave it an inspection and brought me a photo. A plastic bag had wrapped around the exhaust pipe and melted to it! They removed the melted plastic and gave me a list of repairs I might want to do in the future. So, my car is good again, and all for a very reasonable price and wait time. Another plus is a big, fluffy dog to scritch. I definitely recommend them.
