I reached out to Phillip on a recommendation and they got out to us within about 45 minutes and got us back on the road in no time. So grateful for their help! Truly saved the day and kept us on schedule. We were stuck in a bad spot on the I-90 bridge between Mercer Island and Bellevue, and they got out, changed the tire super quickly. There was not a lot of space between the truck and the end of the shoulder!

I showed up around 1 and was gone by 2:30. I still made my load! Perfect business. I would recommend in a heart beat. I buy a lot of tires about 5-7k worth a year, and these tires are for a heck of a bargain. To wrap it all up they will work with you! The next time I get a flat I hope I’m in Kent! Hey thanks again guys! Extremely hard workers. Every tire shop I have ever been in is shady, not here. These guys aren’t trying to screw you. Needed 3 tires for my flatbed gooseneck trailer and they had to pick them up at their warehouse so I left the wheels with them and around 2 hours later they called me to let me know they were ready. Also notified me if you own a commercial truck your MC should be used at checkout so you won’t pay taxes. Now that’s service. Thank you to everyone at ACE!

When I called for a tire change on my truck they asked the size of the tire and gave me the exact price over the phone and they did excellent work in no time. The owner himself is very friendly and the staffs know what they doing. Highly recommend them to any truckers if they are looking a cheaper price and excellent work.
