I absolutely love going in and seeing Carlos and all the guys. Everytime i call or go in. Nothing but great service. Wonderful prices. I work on my own cars. Plus family members. The few things we dont have is tire machines or alignment rack. But Tires Now does. Close to home and always accommodating!!! Never feel rushed or over charged. I cant say enough about them!!! Appreciate all of you very much! Thank you Carlos for always being supportive and knowledgeable!!

I gave them 2 stars as they did fix the tire. The good was the lady working the front counter was really nice, I also appreciate the fact that she was able to take her baby to work. In today’s world these little things are Hugh especially if you have ever priced daycare.The not so good was I came in for flat repair on rear tire, was told it would take 45 minutes. Was right at 1hour before I was told it was finished. Price was reasonable, when I got in my truck and drove off, I noticed my onboard tire pressure sensors showed tire pressure at 77 psi for tire fixed the opposite rear tire was at 62!psi and the front tires were both at 55 and 56 psi. What that tells me is even though this seems like a mom & pop store, they did the very minimum, if they couldn’t balance out the air in the two rear tires then did they really balance the tire itself. Lost trust in this store due to that simple action. I will not go back. It’s the little things that matter and the customer will always remember the last thing. Too bad I would have liked to see the smaller stores succeed otherwise I would have just taken my truck to the big chain store up the street. Maybe training or a check list could help.

Very professional and efficient experience! I was running late coming from Seattle, but I called ahead and they reassured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Super fast service! They even provided a printout showing the wheel alignment results and clearly explained what could have caused the issue if it hadn’t been fixed.
