When the wheels arrived they looked great. Online ordering was easy and went smoothly. The issues arrived when I tried to put the wheels on the car. The wheel bolts and lug installation tool fitted so tight in the cavities that they scratched up the black paint. It was unavoidable. The response from customer support when I contacted them was "Unfortunately, I would not be able to do anything for the scratched on the wheels". Maybe I made a bad choice in wheel, maybe you'll have better luck. I'd give 5 stars for the whole process up until I put the wheels on the car, then it's 1 star for everything after that.

Day of scheduled install I received an email that my tires had shipped. This was scheduled for 2 weeks. When the installer arrived he questioned my vehicle because the tire rack didn’t list my model, then rudely asked if I knew what tires I ordered. Overall rude and lacking in customer service. This option was affordable but lacking in available install times and service. Also didn’t answer the phone when I called to inquire about the email I received

Tires come with road hazard coverage, but if you need it,good luck. There system can't handle the file size necessary to up load the pics. Them they give you an email address to send them. Problem is there claims rep doesn't have access to the email, but says they haven't been uploaded. I have the return email stating" they are on it"! 3 wks now and still no refund( you have to purchase a new tire and the reimburse you). Don't buy here. Jan 1st update- customer service emailed me after this review and asked for details which I sent on 12/23, still no follow-up from them...
