I made a reservation to pick up a 15-ft U-Haul at this location on 3/21/26. The reservation was for pickup at this location and drop-off at the Federal Way U-Haul location. I was then told that I needed to return the vehicle back to Rocks Automotive and that I would not be compensated for the extra mileage. The employee recommended that I go to U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Auburn instead. He told me the information would be transferred. When I arrived, I was informed that the worker at Rocks Automotive had canceled my reservation and did not transfer my information to the Auburn location. They had to redo my reservation, and fortunately, they had a 15-ft U-Haul available that day. I do not recommend choosing Rocks Automotive for your U-Haul needs.

We utilized Rock Automotive to rent a U-Haul and had a fantastic experience! I would absolutely recommend them for rental moving vehicles to anybody. They were quick, timely, helpful, and went above and beyond!

View on GoogleI have 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and replaced my engine in this shop, he did horrible job, first we agreed on $1800 then he over charged, second when I picked up my car had check engine light on I told him about it and he told me to drive it and it will go away, so I did then after that my car stopped running I brought it back to him and he diagnosed with inverter need to be replaced and declined to fix or replace inverter so I took it somewhere it turns out the inverter is working probably and he forgot to connect some wires for the inverter, I have to pay $300 to another mechanic for his mistake, I don’t recommend this shop bad customer service and once he takes the money forget about your car.
