Puget Sound Alignment has absolutely earned my trust and loyalty. My mechanic referred me to them for an issue outside his wheelhouse. After I dropped off my Ford Edge, Mark called me shortly after and asked about the vehicle’s history—specifically whether the front driver’s side had ever been in an accident. As it turns out, I had been in a significant accident on that side. Mark explained that while they could fix the issue, he recommended I first return to the shop that did the original repair and see if my insurance company would reopen the claim since the problem was likely related. I followed his advice, and the repair ended up being fully covered by insurance. Mark could have easily done the work himself and charged me for it, but instead he chose honesty and integrity. That says everything. Because of that experience, Puget Sound Alignment has my business going forward. When I need alignment work, I won’t go anywhere else.
