Jaden, Brian, Dragon and Jose did a magnificent 👌 detailed meticulous work with my wheels and tires. 😀 No more Les Schwab for me.

View on GoogleA routine fluid change on my vehicle unfortunately resulted in significant additional damage, leading to costly repairs completed by another company. Although the shop’s insurance provided partial reimbursement, it covered only a fraction of the total expenses incurred. I am disappointed in the overall handling and resolution of this matter and cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
View on GoogleWe took our car to another tire shop which shall not be named. They told us that the inner and outer tie rods were loose and that we'd need to order new parts as well as get an alignment. They couldn't get the part in, so we called Point S. They got the parts and got it up on the rack, only to discover that everything was tight: we only needed an alignment! They could have made some money and put the new parts on anyway, but they told us we didn't need it and did an alignment. Saved us money big time. We'll be coming back to this one. 👍👍
