Momentum Motorworks performed a great strut exchange on my 2022 Lexus IS 350 F Sport giving it a lower sport appearance. Plus, the BC Racing BR Series Coilovers recommended were best for my vehicle. The company even indicated they would adjust the coilovers as needed. They even offered a military discount. I am HAPPY!

Shop owner Arvin showed up late for my apt. Open at 10am. Had my buddy and me waiting till he arrive and got shop open. Put my Jag on the lift. Tony check it out, 10-15m told me the issue. They had another lady set for appointment after me and she arrived on time. So they rushed me out. Charging me a hefty $220 & some change for that service. Bad experience. Tony said he put new zip ties on the sensors in the rear. Which was false. Looked dead at our faces too. I mean I said ok I’ll bite the bullet, shop time normally like $80-180 max. Average shops charge about $120-$150. So. I took the shop word that they did something but they didn’t. I called Arvin the following week, asked him wassup with what u charged me for service didn’t happen. Arvin said what did u expect a diagnosis or a repair. Also he marketed the price up because he knew i was a customer that wanted to find the issue on the vehicle. ALSO! complimentary 10pt inspection he add on my bill. It’s free complimentary, think they really serviced my car or gave it the inspection that comes with bringing your cars in, of course not. And I was like yea right! No way Tony had time to do the report on the app, while Arvin kept asking Tony his tech if he’s finished with the inspection. The lady for her tire rotation arrived. And us 3 is in the office chatting talking about finding oem or aftermarket sensors. Like I was waiting while Arvin was looking at the computer for prices on new sensors. While Arvin asking Tony right next to him if he had fill out inspection. Im doing my rear brake pads with my buddy on the Jag next over the weekend. Hmm how come Arvin or Tony didn’t tell me I needed rear brake pads? I would say checking brakes rotors and pads on a 10pt inspection is at least one of the inspector job. Arvin blocked my number after he hung up on me. Take your cars to a different shop if u ask me. Lied, make u feel like you’re getting a discount or deal but u are not. Over priced. Late, not on time. Save yourself the hassle! Hope they treat every customer after me, that spends money with them get what they paid for if not more. Don’t get ripped off, they got me. lol (: Take care! Yall send me emails to review, asked me 3x’s. Their ya go my review. Looks like mostly all good reviews.. unfortunately I gotta leave this review.

Amazing shop that is very knowledgeable in their work and provided great communication along the way. I brought my IS300 to change my tires and a couple of months later to do my timing belt. Both times were great and the timing belt was done on the next day. There was a hiccup with my radiator after a day of driving or so, as it was leaking coolant from a broken overflow nozzle. I called them and they immediately ordered a new replacement and installed it the next day free of charge! I was extremely grateful and want to give thanks to their hard working team. Also special thanks to Nick for great customer service and work.

Simply incredible experience, which, as I think we all agree it's a roll of the dice anytime you go to a mechanic. This place is absolutely the most chill, fair, honest place I have ever experienced in my over 30 years of owning a vehicle. Ryan and his entire team simply know what it means to have integrity as a business and quite candidly, I think that's just who they are as people. My plan is to never go anywhere else and my recommendation, If you're reading this review is to give them a shot and you will probably experience what I have experienced.

Ryan and his crew took good care of my 24' Mustang gt! Installed some drop springs that made the car sit fiercely and added some Axle-Back Exhaust tips that makes this pony sound like a lion. Have more work to be done and I'm not taking my car to any other place!
